Rental Policy


RESERVATIONS

In order to ensure that rental packages are available when you need them, please be sure to reserve your rental package well in advance. Upon pickup of equipment it may be tested in our facility before accepting a rental. Prices on the website reflect current equipment rental package rates. If you require equipment for longer than any of the pre-defined rental time periods please call us to discuss long term rates.

PROOF OF INSURANCE

Proof of insurance is required on all rentals. A standard insurance certificate listing Media Tools LLC as loss payee and additional insured must be submitted and approved by Media Tools prior to checkout and pickup of rental. If you do not have equipment insurance, we can assist you in contacting the appropriate parties to acquire such insurance coverage.

Please be sure that your personal equipment is covered under an insurance policy. Media Tools will not accept responsibility for non-owned equipment.

All rentals are subject to a security deposit for the amount of the insurance deductible (or for the equipment's replacement value, whichever value is lower) unless an account in good standing has been established with Media Tools. New clients who wish to open an account should submit a credit application at least 10 working days prior to rental.

Media Tools must receive advance notice of any rentals that will be used outside of the US.

PAYMENT TERMS

Any and all equipment returned after 10:00 AM on the expected day of return will be charged for that day at the standard daily rental rate.

In addition, all new clients must follow standard COD rental payment procedure. Full payment of rental is due prior to checkout date.
