Sonic Producer
Media Tools will build a custom Windows Workstation with all of the software required to author DVDs. We can build it for Producer with or without a real-time MPEG2 encoders like the SD-500 or SD-1000. Producer is the cost effect Windows software for making DVD titles that come to life. It has a great tool for making motion menus and title pages. Several levels of software and hardware encoders are available for the highest possible image quality.

Sonic Scenarist
Media Tools will build the Windows Workstation to run Scenarist with the SD-1000 or SD-2000 real-time MPEG encoder. Media Tools will configure it with DVD burner and DLT drive and media storage. We can provide all peripheral equipment to complete your system as we have done for other professionals in the DVD authoring business. Scenarist is the ultimate professional DVD authoring tool from Sonic Solutions for the Windows environment. This is the platform that most Hollywood movies are authored with. It is available at several professional levels, Scenarist Studio, Scenarist Advanced and Scenarist Professional, with or without their high end MPEG2 encoders. Scenarist will be the Sonic authoring platform for HDTV DVDs in 2004.

Sonic DVD Fusion
Media Tools can build a Mac based encoding workstation with DVD fusion and SD-1000 hardware encoder. Designed from the ground-up as a completely integrated tool for creative and streamlined DVD production from your Avid or Media 100 video editing systems.

Running on Macintosh, you can digitally transcode Avid, Media 100 or any other QuickTime video and audio file into MPEG-2 video and Dolby Digital audio. You can build menus and add interactivity, and write your finished content to DVD-R.

Apple DVD Studio Pro Media Tools can configure DVD Studio Pro with a new G5 and Final Cut Pro with software encoding. This is the Apple program for DVD authoring.  With a built-in software MPEG2 encoder this is a great companion to Final Cut Pro for the Macintosh.
